Fantastic Gundam! July 27, 2008 Bobert (Florida) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
If you're looking into the Gundam 00 series, don't miss the Exia. It has excellent articulation, a shield, and quite a few varieties of sword. Plus, at only $25, this is a steal!
Better, cheaper, super Exia 1/100 November 23, 2008 Tufan Saðnak (TR) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This should be one of the best non-grade 1/100 model kit of Bandai. For me its exact grade is HG or maybe more. Model parts have really good molding and great detail overall. With its good articulation and poseability, you can spend hours with playing for cool poses. It's quality is getting close to MG features for a cheap price.
Perfect! September 14, 2009 Marcelo K. Kinoshita (Brazil) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It's a High Grade Garage Kit, but with so many details that looks like a Master Grade with a High Grade price!
Very fun model to build! October 30, 2009 Aaron Hughes After 5 long years I decided to build another gundam model. In 5 years the quality of the models have improved a lot. The joints and posability are the first thing I noticed were much better.I recommend painting models to bring out the full articulation and colors of the model but it isn't necessary. It took a couple hours to put together, very fun tho!
Great Model Kit December 31, 2009 P. Alvarez (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) I havent built a Gundam Model Kit in about 10 years. After about an hour of searching I decided to go with Exia, mainly for its price. I got the Kit and started constructing it. Took me about 5-6 hours (with a break for lunch). The model kit is very easy to build all parts snap on smoothly. I took so long because i took the time out to file down those perturbing plastic pieces that get created when you remove the components from the plastic (with a nail-filer). The closely thing i could find to help with applying the stickers and handling small pieces, a toothpick, worked nicely. I am happy with my purchase. Exia has a ton of weapons to choose from which makes for interesting setups and poses. It is very well articulated and the 1/100 scale Gundam looks great anywhere you put it. It is my first Gundam for my new collection and it makes for a great starting point for anyone looking to go into building model kits.
Only complaint, one of the pieces on left hip that holds the long dagger doesn't snap on well like the one on the right. Falls off a bit, but when held in place, it stays on. So, no biggie.
